I had so much fun with these city girlies :) .  They made the drive out to the sticks and didn't quite know what to think.  I'm just kidding, they did great!  They weren't sure about the tall grass I had them stand in, but they were troopers.  Sisters are a very special thing and I can't wait to see how these two grow together.  Thanks Gentry!

Enjoy!

The other day I had the opportunity to shoot a combined family and maternity session for one of my friends.  Scott and Amanda have deep roots in the Harding community so it seemed perfect when Amanda suggested the campus as their setting.  Their son had a good time chasing the Harding squirrels and we were able to avoid the sun and the sprinklers.  I am eagerly looking forward to see their little girl that is on the way.  Thank you Scott and Amanda.

Enjoy!

One of my lovely nieces came into town for the whole week!  We have had so much fun with her.  Of course, when she plays with Auntie Anna, it means she gets to take part in a photo shoot. :)  Thanks Andy and Meagan for letting her come play!
Enjoy!

Yesterday was Mother's Day and I had the opportunity to photograph a very dear friend of mine and her husband as they await their baby girl.  I don't think Jessica or I had even thought about it being Mother's Day when we scheduled their session, but it brought joy to my heart when I realized it.  Yes, I am a little more sappy, now that I am a mother, but what better way to celebrate the holiday than with a Maternity session. :)  They are a beautiful couple.  Their wedding was probably the hottest day of that summer and I believe yesterday was the hottest day of the year...so far, but regardless we were able to capture some fantastic images of just the three of them.  This little girl has two brothers just waiting to love on her.  Josh and Jessica, thank you for allowing me the opportunity to photograph you.
Enjoy!

So, if you are reading my blog, I feel like you are family and I have to share the growth of the beautiful son.  :)  We took a trip up to my Grandparents' farm to help clean the farmhouse this past weekend.  This was Jack's first trip and I wish I would have had more free time to take him to all my favorite spots.  I guess we'll just have to go back again soon so I can get my little Cowboy in action.

Enjoy!

Yesterday I had the joy of photographing a friend of mine's youngest boy.  He is simply precious.  What a  "little man"!  I am excited to watch our boys grow and play together.  Thanks Mandy and Robbie for allowing me to capture your precious child.

Enjoy.
