Welcome to the blog, the McNabb Family!  They are the first to partake in the Christmas Card special this year.  Nick and Amanda have an adorable daughter, Miss L.  We had a crisp fall day to capture their family in the mini session.  They are great parents!  I love watching how other parents interact with their children, so I can learn and evaluate my own parenting.  Miss L. has loads of fun personality and I cannot wait to watch her grow up.  I have known Amanda for most of my life and it is strange to see our children playing...a good strange.  :)  Thank you Nick and Amanda!

Enjoy.

This attractive couple, I am proud to say, are my neighbors and friends.  Chelsea and I are the rustic housewives of Rose Bud.  They have three darling children, who crack me up.  Andrew helped out and wrangled the "youngans" while we did their session...he did well and it was humorous to watch.  Kaleb and Chelsea haven't had photos taken of just them since their kiddos came along (at least I haven't seen any) so they thought it was high time to do a few.  I love watching them laugh together!  It's a blessing to have good friends who love each other so much.  Thanks Kaleb and Chels.

Enjoy!

One thing I love about living in such a beautiful place...Arkansas...is that I can meet up with some of my friends on the side of the road and have a perfect spot for their family session.  Robbie and Mandy discovered this little gem and I loved it!  This family is very special to Andrew and myself.  We are blessed with so many good friends who have children to be friends with our kiddos.  I did Mr. L's newborn pictures earlier this year and they decided it was time to get some with the whole family.  I had so much fun shooting you guys!  Thank you Robbie and Mandy!

Enjoy.

I cannot tell you how much I love this family.  They are full of personality!  I had such a good time during this session.  The Smiths have been special to our family, even before Andrew and I were a family.  Andrew has worked for and played with Jeff in the great outdoors for years.  Their children are  so sweet and fun to watch interact.  And man do they love their "Nonnie".  Thank you Smith and Johnson Family!

Enjoy!

This past week my Second Cousin, once removed or twice removed or, oh I don't know.  My distant cousins came into town to visit Harding's campus on their fall break.  While they were here they decided to do Toria's senior pictures.  She will be a freshman next fall at HU.  We had a beautiful afternoon with a cool-ish breeze and she had some great ideas!  Toria brought along her guitar and boots and we got some shots that I think Taylor Swift would be jealous of :)  I had such a good time catching up with family!  Thank you Suzi and Toria!

Enjoy!

I had the opportunity to spend the afternoon with a beautiful family.  I have known Hannah for as far back as I can remember.  It is always such an honor when friends ask me to capture their family in photography.  We headed out to Dane's family land to get some good shots of them in the hay...little did we know they hay had just been cut.  So we found a little patch that was left and I think they turned out great!  Hannah brought along a rusted little red wagon that she and her siblings used growing up and it was perfect!  Their 4 girls piled in and their son was more than willing to take the lead at the handle.  What a joy to witness such a loving family.  Thank you Dane and Hannah.

Enjoy!

During this first year of my cowboy's life, I have taken photos of him posing as such.  These are from his 10 month session.

I cannot believe this beautiful young lady is getting married!  I have known Logan for most of her life and I have seen her grow into such a beautiful woman.  Her fiance is one lucky man.  We met up downtown to do their engagement session and then moved to the sticks.  Adam and his dad deconstruct old barns and recover the wood so they specifically asked to find an old barn for a backdrop.  I feel so honored to be shooting their wedding in the Spring!  Thank you Adam and Logan, you are a such a beautiful couple!

Enjoy!

Let me just being by telling you how much of a reality check this session was for me.  I have known Miss Jordan since she was born.  I could not even begin to believe that she is entering her senior year of high school!  It was such an honor to be asked to take her portraits.  We were worried that it would even happen because there were some very frightening storm clouds on the horizon.  Thankfully they held off for a few hours and provided a breeze and the most perfect light that I could have asked for.  Jordan came with her head full of great ideas!  It was so fun watching her creativity come alive.  She is such a beautiful girl, inside and out.  Thank you Mrs. Rhonda and Jordan!

Enjoy!
